Nothing risky goes out by accident.
The writing tools follow house rules, and the answers are checked in code before you see them. A draft that breaks a rule is sent back once with the exact problem named. These are cautious defaults, not legal advice, and a person still reads and approves every draft.
What gets checked
Health and results claims
No promised outcome, no diagnosis and no medical advice. The copy describes the service and the visit, and a provider decides what is right for each patient.
Credentials and proof
No license, board certification, award, rating or statistic unless you supply it, and none is ever invented. Titles such as doctor or specialist only where you say the person holds them.
Prices, insurance and offers
No price, copay, wait time, plan accepted or free offer unless you supply it. Offers that waive copays or pay for referrals are flagged for your counsel.
Patient stories and photos
A patient photo or story is used only with a signed written authorization on file, as that patient's own experience, and never as what a reader should expect.
Patient information
No diagnosis, medication, test result, insurance detail or visit reason in a message, ad or post, and no request for symptoms or health details through a post, ad, text or email.
Texts and email
Marketing texts name your practice and end with the opt out line, stay under the length limit, respect quiet hours and carry no health detail. Email carries an unsubscribe line and your office address.
Reviews
No reward for a review, no fake reviews, no screening for happy patients, and a reply never confirms the reviewer was a patient.
Emergencies
Copy that could be read as a symptom or a crisis tells people to call 911, and behavioral health copy points to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. An emergency is never routed to a form, a text or a chat.

- Every draft checked in code for the STOP line, health detail in texts, invented prices and claims you did not make
MedStackPlus writes marketing drafts and checks them against a set of cautious rules. It is not a law firm and not a medical provider, and nothing it writes or checks is legal or medical advice. Health care advertising, texting, privacy and licensing rules differ by state and specialty and change often. Read every draft. Before you publish, send or print it, confirm that each claim, price, license line, offer and statement about care is true and allowed where you practice. Do not enter patient information. In an emergency, call 911. Read the full notice.
